Making Christmas Tree Spider's

This year I decided to make some Christmas Tree Spider's. I ended up
with 26. On Christmas Eve we all get together at my house for a
tradition of a bowl of chili or chicken noodle soup with all the fixings
of rolls, cheese, cheeseballs, and of course home made candy.
After we eat we all go to the cemetary and spend time lighting candles
for our loved ones, singing songs, and showing our love for those that
can't be with us during the Holidays.
I have made these spiders to give to my family that night. I will read
the story of the Christmas Spider to the Grandkids.
For those of you who haven't heard of the christmas spider you
will have to check it out on the net.
I will give you an update on how the holidays turn out.
To all of you wishing you a safe and Happy Holiday.!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYSON " 2 YEARS OLD"

Boys are made of chuckles and grins,
Tassled hair and banged up shins,
Things with wheels and frogs in pockets,
Questions, baseball caps and rockets.
They're joy and mischief, fun and noise,
That's how it is Boy's will be Boy's.
A Two-year-old child is so many things --
A tiny discoverer of butterfly wings,
A hugger of Teddies,
A sweet sleepyhead,
And someone to dream for in bright years ahead...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYSON
WE LOVE YOU

Kyson is going to celebrate his birthday again
on the 11th. So stay tuned. I am sure there
will be alot of more fun!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOM

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOM (21). Just want you to know that you are so thoughtful, kind, loving, caring son and a incredible dad to Kyson. It doesn't seem possible that 21 years ago I was changing your diaper and looking into your eyes wondering what you will become when you grew older. Only weighing 4lbs. 8 oz. you have come along way. Kyson is now looking up into your eyes and thinking I want to be just like my dad. I am proud to know you are my son. Happy 21st. Love You To The Moon And Back!! Hugs:) Mom

SShhhhhh Christmas Secrets

I had been wondering what to get my grandkids for christmas. After looking around in my art room I came across some plastic pellets that I had bought a long time ago to use as stuffing for my porcelain dolls that I use to make. A thought went through my mind "OH YES"
I could put those pellets in good use. I had seen these I SPY BAGS on the internet and thought
that these would be perfect. They are made out of fleece material and measure appromixately 8x10. They are filled with pellets and 42 secret surprizes that you need to find. The window is a piece of vinyl cut out and sewn to the material. I have sewn a ribbon and attached it to the bags with a key chain hook which is clipped to the laminated card that has all the toys labeled on it. The boy's are sporty material and the girlies are the hearts. I made 9 of these and must say that I had a BLAST at doing this and the outcome was awesome. They are for all ages and I am sure my older grandkids will love them to!!! You can take them with you on a long drive. Keep them busy when they are sitting around the house. And, they are perfect to take to church to entertain them. They have the first initial in their name hidden in the bag also so no one will ever get theirs mixed up with someone elses.
Hope you liked my project. SShhhhhhhh it's a SECRET. LOL
"Wishing you ALL Happy Holidays."
